Do you need a visa to travel to Belarus?


From 12 February 2017 visa-free entry into Belarus was introduced for a stay of up to 5 days for Swiss and EU nationals. Visa-free entry must be made at Minsk International Airport and not on a transit flight from / to Russia.

Visa payments only after your documents have been submitted to the Embassy, there are several options for payment available.

  • Application form completely filled out, printed out and signed by the applicant
  • Original passport
  • 1 x colored photograph
  • Insurance confirmation letter
  • Invitation from Belarus
  • Copy of the residence permit for non-Swiss nationals
